I'm IamCogs — Chicago sports loyalist, and digital commentator. I cover the Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Illini/NIU football with equal parts insight and exasperation. Expect a mix of sharp takes, questionable jokes, and the occasional heartfelt rant. I believe in good conversation, bad football takes, and staying chronically online just enough to make it weird.

Why listen to me? You shouldn't. But if you choose to, I played Wide Receiver in organized football from Pop Warner all the way up to JV until I decided to tear my MCL twice and ruin my asperations of a Al Bundy-like future of reminiscing about my high school glory days. I use that (limited) knowledge of the game to grade NFL QB film, and offer insight into it as much as I can.
