MATT EBERFLUS IS NO LONGER THE HEAD COACH OF THE CHICAGO BEARS!

So to start off this charts as a "Below Average" game from Caleb's end. And I would like to defend that stance, a bit. Despite having a fantastic second half statistically, Caleb struggled with accuracy through out the afternoon, with a majority of his incompletions being due to his inaccuracy. I will go on record and say this was abnormal from what I've seen, and despite that, he still made BIG throws in pressure/clutch situations. I think that speaks a lot about a QB when he can have a below average game and still put his team in position to win (and we've seen it twice this year, once here and once against the Commanders.) And on the plus side of it all, Eberflus will never appear as the head coach of this team again.

Abridged notes:

-OLine played well once more, that is until the last drive where both of the sacks I pinned on them was given up by them, as well as getting tagged for illegal hands to the face on a play that would have put us on the Lions 13.

-2 deep ball TD throws, a relatively open but well thrown and accurate shot to Keenan Allen and the absolute dime to DJ Moore. Honorable mention to Keenan and his SICK move for the 3rd touchdown.

-While still below average Caleb's deep ball is improving: Before Waldron firing: 6/44 13.66% 2TD 4INT After Waldron firing: 7/19 36.84% 2TD 0INT

-That last drive was the most disjointed, mistake filled drive I've seen. 3 Sack, 3 penalties, 1 terrible time out (this one was on Caleb), 1 terrible non-timeout. And still would have had at least a chance for Overtime if it was for Eberflus. Perhaps one of the most deserving fires of all time. For the full season of tracking, please click here.
