I will be honest and say I did not expect this outcome, especially with how the 1st half played out. But Nix and the Denver Broncos put together a very good second half (well, mainly 4th quarter) to upset the Eagles in Philly. Nix limited second half mistakes, and put together his best half on the season to recover from a pretty shaky first half to start. This marks his 4th game in a row scoring a "Average" game score after an abysmal -5.00 "Poor" Week 1 showing.
Here's the grading sheet and mini breakdown.

Abridged Breakdown
Nix's one Elite throw came to a deep shot on his first attempt of the game to Sutton, the ball is on the money but Sutton let's it go through his hands. A very nice throw on 3rd down to open the game. Unfortunately Nix would finish 0/5 on deep throws with just this throw being on target. On graded throws this year he is just 5 of 19 (26.3%) deep.
His 3 poor throws all came on pretty badly thrown balls, and all on 3rd down, to boot. 2 of those throws went deep and the 3rd was a Mid range ball.
He cleaned up his game vastly in the second half, throwing just 4 incompletions. One of his better throws came on the final drive, a nicely placed ball on 3rd down on a fade route to Sutton to move the chains and kill some more clock.
Denver OL handled pressure well, and Nix helped with a 2.26s time to throw.
On-Target rate is still in the high 50's, but a slight improvement on the year against a good passing defense.
A final score -1.85/2.65/0.80 this places him solidly in the "Average" range for a game score. Nix will look for consistency against a struggling 0-5 Jets team in London.
