Caleb Williams Week 11 Grade against the Packers.
-Caleb Williams looked markedly more poised and decisive on the day. May be a combination gameplay from the interim OC and Caleb himself. But he was accurate with his throws, both his Comp% and Adj% were the highest they have been since London.
-Speaking of Caleb, that last drive should have been a legacy starter, 3rd and 19 and you dig your way out of it with back to back elite plays, then set your team up for a game winning kick with a dime after audibling into max protect when the Packers are running 0. It's too bad Eberflus ruins everything.
-Ground game was great, both HB's getting TD's and Caleb having the best game as a ball carrier in his career. He was fantastic in reading the key defender in reads.
-Defense clamped the Packers in the redzone, 2 trips of their trips ended in zero points. Another game, another Jordan Love bozo pick.
-Matt Eberflus once again showcasing why you play to win, not play to not lose. And we immediately get a masterclass from Hardbaugh on SNF on how to coach to win. Don't get complacent, always fight for more. Can't wait for this guy to be gone.
-Waldron is gone, let's hope we see something different from Thomas Brown.
-Thomas Brown, huge props for a great game plan on a short notice week. The Bears looked better under you than they have since London.
-Even with a loss, it is starting to feel like the tide is turning with the rivalry, seems like we have a QB who can thrive in these situations, as opposed to shrivel up. The last drive of the game cements that feeling for me.
-Caleb's ability to create off platform is easily top 5 in the league in my opinion, he showcased that in the last drive on 3rd and 19, turning a would be 3rd sack in a row, into a fantastic completion on the run to give his team a chance.
-Maybe, hopefully, that beautiful back shoulder throw to Rome on 4th down get's Caleb on the right track as far as deep shots are concerned.
-Caleb has now lead 2 potential game winning drives against 2 top end teams in the NFC and is 0-2 in those games. How different would the narrative be if the Bears actually won those games?
-Pressure rate was at the lowest it has been all season at a 30.43% clip. Getting our starting Tackles back really helped this week. For the full season of tracking, please click here.
