Patriots @ Bears: Caleb Williams 2024 Week 10 Grade

Caleb Williams Week 10 Grade against the Patriots.

-Pressure rate once again a huge issue this week, I charted pressure on 54.76% of Caleb's drop backs, which is the second highest he saw all season. (Houston is #1 with 57.70%)

-9 sacks resulting from that pressure, however 6 of them were no fault to the Offensive line. Either Caleb holding the ball for too long or coverage sacks. Despite leading the league in throw aways Caleb needs to do better in protecting himself and finding the checkdown and/or throwaways.

-Speaking of check downs, this week really seemed like Caleb was pressing for the big play, or at the very least, had his eyes trained on it. "Hero ball" is the term I see thrown around a lot.

-This was Caleb's most inaccurate game as a starter, a handful of throws you expect your QB to make were missed. Just 1 deep shot on what I believe Caleb thought was a free play. His ADOT was the 2nd lowest it has been all year.

-A handful of completions were left ungraded due to them being in a late game blowout.

-Waldron is gone, let's hope we see something different from Thomas Brown.
